Digital infectious Disease Preparedness The development and operation of the national Digital Infectious Disease Preparedness is based on the Danish Microbiology Database (MiBa). The aim of the preparedness is to develop solutions for automatic linking and analysis of data and systems that can be utilised across national surveillance, local infection control, and patient care. MiBa aims to support broad collaboration within microbiology and infection prevention and jointly develop national standards for data, classifications, and disease case definitions.
